Please measure your bench carefully before purchasing to ensure a good fit. The dimensions are 100L x 98W x 8Tcm.
Double-check the measurements of your bench against the cushion's dimensions (100L x 98W x 8Tcm). If the discrepancy is significant, a different sized cushion may be required. Ensure you measured length, width, and thickness accurately.
For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution with a damp cloth. Gently rub the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the fabric. Do not machine wash.
Ensure the ties are being fastened correctly around the bench frame or legs. If the ties seem too short, consider if they are being wrapped around the narrowest part of the bench structure. Ensure they are tied tightly.
The cushion is filled with cotton for comfort. If it feels too firm, ensure it is properly positioned and has settled. If it feels too soft, this is the intended level of padding for comfort; it is not designed to be extra firm.
