To ensure the best fit, ensure the laces are threaded through all eyelets comfortably before your first run to allow the overlays to conform to your foot shape. For maintenance, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean the mesh upper with a mild detergent and a soft brush. Air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the integrity of the cushioning foam and adhesive components.
