FAQs

What is the primary material of the Fox Black Label Slim Buzz Bar?

The buzz bar is constructed from slim, black anodized aluminium.

What diameter are the uprights on this buzz bar?

The uprights are 12mm in diameter, designed to match Fox Black Label Slim Banksticks.

Are there different rod capacity versions available?

Yes, it is available in both 2-rod and 3-rod versions.

Does this buzz bar come in adjustable lengths?

The buzz bar is compatible with most standard bite alarms and rod/butt rests that use a universal screw thread. However, optimal fit and stability are assured with Fox branded accessories.

How do I clean and maintain the buzz bar?

Clean with a soft, damp cloth and store in a dry place. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the anodized finish.

Troubleshooting

Buzz bar feels unstable on banksticks.

Ensure the buzz bar is screwed fully onto the banksticks and that the banksticks are firmly planted in the ground. Check that the banksticks are not damaged and that the buzz bar's threading is clean.

Bite alarms or rests do not fit securely.

Verify that your bite alarms and rests have a standard thread size. Ensure the mounting points on the buzz bar are free from debris. If using non-Fox accessories, check for thread compatibility.

Difficulty adjusting the length of the buzz bar.

Ensure the locking mechanism is fully loosened before attempting adjustment. Check for any dirt or grit obstructing the telescopic sections and clean them gently.
