FAQs
Can I replace the LED bulbs in this light?
No, the Mabel pendant uses integrated LED technology, meaning the light source is built into the fixture and is not designed to be replaced by the user.
What is the color temperature of the light?
The fixture provides a warm white light at 3000K, which is ideal for creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Is this light suitable for high ceilings?
Yes, with a maximum drop of 100cm, it is well-suited for standard to moderately high ceilings.
Does it come with a dimmer switch?
No, the fixture is dimmable, but you must have a compatible LED dimmer switch installed in your wall to use this feature.
How do I clean the crystal accents?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with glass cleaner. Always turn off the power before cleaning and ensure the fixture is cool.
What is the total brightness of the pendant?

Troubleshooting
The light is flickering when dimmed
Ensure you are using an LED-compatible dimmer switch. Standard incandescent dimmers are not suitable for LED technology.
The light fails to turn on
Check that the circuit breaker has not tripped and verify all electrical connections at the ceiling rose are secure.
The fixture is uneven after installation
Adjust the individual suspension cables within the ceiling canopy until the tiered levels sit perfectly parallel to the floor.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety. The pendant comes with an adjustable suspension system allowing for a drop between 40cm and 100cm; make sure to secure the cable at your preferred height before final mounting. For compatibility, ensure your wall dimmer switch is specifically designed for LED loads to prevent performance issues. To care for the Mabel pendant, use a soft, dry lint-free cloth to dust the chrome frame regularly. For the crystal accents, use a gentle glass cleaner applied to a cloth first—never spray directly onto the fixture—to maintain the clarity and sparkle of the crystals without damaging the electrical components.
