FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for marathons?
No, these are specialized HIIT trainers designed for gym-based movements, not long-distance running.
Do these run true to size?
Yes, they follow standard adult sizing, though the fit is designed to be snug for high-intensity stability.
Can I use these for lifting heavy weights?
They offer good stability, but for dedicated powerlifting, a flatter, harder sole may be preferred by some athletes.
How do I best clean the trainers?
Use a damp cloth with mild soap and let them air dry; never machine wash.
What is the primary surface intended for this shoe?
They are best suited for indoor gym surfaces, such as rubberized mats or wooden studio floors.
Troubleshooting
Feeling instability during side-to-side moves
Ensure the laces are tightened securely to leverage the built-in containment support.
Outer material showing dirt or sweat
Wipe with a soft cloth and allow to air dry away from direct heat sources.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Exceptional energy return for HIIT workouts
- High level of lateral support for side-to-side movements
- Lightweight design prevents fatigue during long classes
- Secure fit keeps the foot locked in during explosive exercises
Cons
- Not intended for long-distance road running
- Specialized sole may wear down quickly on abrasive concrete
- May require a break-in period for optimal comfort
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, ensure you are wearing the correct size; the Superrep 3 is designed to have a performance-oriented, snug fit. For care, keep these trainers exclusively for indoor exercise to prolong the life of the specialized outsole. To clean, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the shoes or putting them in a washing machine, as high heat and mechanical agitation can damage the Zoom Air components and adhesives.
