Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, start by wearing the trainers during low-intensity practice sessions to allow the upper materials to adapt to your foot shape. When checking size compatibility, ensure you have approximately a thumb's width of space at the front to prevent toe discomfort during frequent stops. For maintenance, remove loose dirt from the outsole after each session using a soft brush. If the shoes become damp, remove the insoles and allow them to air-dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the GEL cushioning and the adhesive bonds holding the sole together.
