Product Information

Full details

The Skechers Bobs Vision Air trainers are designed for adult women who seek a blend of athletic functionality and everyday style. Featuring a breathable mesh upper and a supportive wedge heel, these shoes provide significant comfort for gym sessions, light workouts, or casual daily errands. While the memory foam cushioning offers excellent support, users should be aware that the inclusion of a wedge heel may feel different than completely flat training shoes for those used to minimalist footwear.

FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

While some Skechers are machine washable, it is generally recommended to hand clean these to protect the wedge heel structure and memory foam integrity.

Can I use these for running?

These are primarily lifestyle trainers suitable for walking, gym sessions, and light activity, rather than high-mileage distance running.

Do the shoes run true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for adults.

Is the memory foam removable?

The memory foam is typically integrated into the footbed for optimal cushioning and is not designed to be frequently removed.

What is the primary material?

The shoes feature a durable, breathable mesh upper with synthetic sleek overlays for support.

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel slightly tight

Loosen the laces across the midfoot to allow the mesh upper more room to expand.

Visible dust on the mesh

Gently tap the shoes together outdoors or use a dry, soft brush to lift debris from the mesh weave.

Sensation of the heel being too high

Ensure you are using the full length of the footbed; if discomfort persists, consider an arch support insert.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Superior underfoot comfort with memory foam
Breathable construction prevents overheating
Versatile style suitable for gym and casual wear
Subtle height boost from the wedge design

Cons

Wedge heel may not suit those preferring flat trainers
Light coloured variants may show dirt more easily
Lace-up design takes more time than slip-ons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Skechers trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:

Break-in Period: While comfortable immediately, wear them for shorter periods during the first few days to allow the memory foam to adapt perfectly to your foot strike.
Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh upper. For stains, a mild detergent mixed with water and a soft cloth is usually sufficient. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemicals that could degrade the memory foam.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material discoloration or foam breakdown.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for standard adult foot widths. If you require specific orthopedic insoles, the factory memory foam can sometimes be removed, though doing so may alter the fit.
