Nike Pegasus Premium Trainers - Orange Pulse/Light Magenta - UK 8.5

The Nike Pegasus Premium Trainers offer excellent cushioning and energy return, making them suitable for a wide range of running distances, including marathons. However, personal preference for marathon shoe feel can vary.

The trainers feature a standard insole. Depending on the size and shape of your orthotics, they may fit. It's recommended to try them on with your orthotics if possible for comfort and fit.

The best way to ensure the right size is to try them on. There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The fit should be snug but not tight, with no pressure points.

The Premium version typically features upgraded cushioning technologies, such as full-length ZoomX foam and an Air Zoom Unit, offering enhanced energy return and responsiveness compared to standard models.

The rubber outsole is designed for durability and traction. Regular use will naturally cause some wear over time, but it is constructed to withstand typical running and training demands.

These trainers feature a mesh upper designed for breathability, not waterproofing. They are not intended to be waterproof but will offer some protection against light moisture.

Ensure the laces are properly tightened to secure the foot and that the shoe is the correct size. The cushioning may take a few runs to break in.

While the waffle outsole offers enhanced grip, performance on extremely wet surfaces can vary. Clean the outsole to remove any accumulated dirt that might be affecting traction.

Adjust the lacing system to achieve a personalized fit. For a tighter fit, use a runner's loop or a different lacing technique. For a looser fit, ensure laces are not overtightened.
