Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival in its 9cm pot, carefully acclimate the plant by keeping it in a sheltered area for a few days before transplanting. Choose a spot with well-draining soil and exposure to full sun or partial shade. When planting, dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and ensure the plant is set at the same depth it occupied in the nursery pot. Water thoroughly immediately after planting and maintain consistent soil moisture throughout the first growing season. Pruning is rarely necessary but can be performed in late winter to maintain the desired height or shape.
