While the XT-Whisper is designed for performance and versatile use, it is optimized for daily activity and lifestyle movement rather than high-mileage distance running.
The Salomon XT-Whisper is not marketed as waterproof; it is designed for general everyday use in standard weather conditions.
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to swap them for custom orthotics if required.
These trainers follow standard UK sizing. We recommend referencing the size guide based on your current well-fitting athletic footwear.
Like any white footwear, proper cleaning and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct UV rays will help maintain the original color and prevent yellowing.
Spot clean gently with a soft-bristled brush and mild soapy water, avoiding harsh chemicals or bleach.
Remove the insole if possible and allow the shoe to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources.
To ensure the best experience with your Salomon XT-Whisper trainers, ensure you have selected the correct UK size, as sizing is consistent with standard athletic footwear sizing. For care, it is highly recommended to wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after exposure to dust or mud to prevent deep staining, especially given the white colorway. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the specialized materials and adhesives used in the construction of the trainers. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve material integrity.
