Ensure the pump needle is fully inserted into the valve and that the pump is functioning correctly. Check the valve for any blockages.

Check the valve for damage or a faulty seal. Ensure the pump needle was inserted and removed carefully to avoid damaging the valve. If the issue persists, the internal bladder may be compromised.

Ensure the ball is inflated to the correct pressure. Uneven inflation can cause an unbalanced feel. Check for any external damage to the casing.
