FAQs
Does the gazebo include ground anchors?
It is recommended to secure the feet of the gazebo to your patio or grass surface using appropriate hardware suitable for your ground type.
Are the curtains waterproof?
The curtains are designed to provide privacy and shade; while they offer some protection against light mist, they are not intended to be used as a full rain cover.
Can I replace the LED strip if it fails?
The LED system is integrated into the structure. Please contact customer support for specific maintenance advice regarding component replacement.
How long does the solar light last on a full charge?
Performance varies based on the amount of sunlight received, but typically provides several hours of ambient light after a full day of sun.
Is the aluminum frame rust-proof?
Aluminum is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, making it an excellent choice for outdoor structures compared to traditional steel.
Can the gazebo stay up all year round?
While the frame is durable, it is best practice to remove the curtains and store the structure or secure it properly during harsh winter or high-wind conditions.
Troubleshooting
LED lights are not turning on at night
Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate direct sunlight during the day and check that the connection between the lights and the panel is secure.
Curtains are catching or not sliding smoothly
Check the runner track for debris or obstructions and ensure the hooks are properly aligned within the track.
Gazebo feels unstable
Verify that all bolts are tightened to the correct torque and ensure the feet are securely anchored to the ground.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your gazebo, assembly should be performed on a flat, level surface by at least two people to handle the frame components safely. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup. For care, regularly wipe down the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. The curtains should be kept clean and dry to prevent mold or mildew; it is recommended to remove and store the curtains during the winter months or extended periods of inclement weather. Ensure the solar panel on the LED strip is kept free of leaves and debris to maintain optimal charging performance.
