The New Balance 9060 is a versatile, unisex lifestyle trainer designed for individuals who value a blend of heritage-inspired aesthetics and modern comfort. Drawing heavily from Y2K tech influences and the classic 99X series, these trainers provide exceptional daily cushioning through advanced midsole technology; however, their bold, chunky silhouette may feel heavier or more voluminous than traditional minimalist running shoes.

While they feature high-end cushioning, the 9060 is designed as a lifestyle trainer and is best suited for walking and daily casual use rather than performance athletic running.
The 9060 generally fits true to size, but the bulky construction can sometimes make the fit feel slightly more snug than thinner minimalist shoes.
No, machine washing can damage the specialized cushioning materials and adhesives. Hand cleaning is strongly recommended.
The 9060 takes inspiration from 990 elements but reinterprets them with a Y2K tech aesthetic, resulting in a more exaggerated, sculpted midsole and bolder design features.
Yes, the translucent heel device is designed for aesthetic appeal while maintaining structural durability for standard daily usage.
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a soft cloth with a tiny amount of diluted dish soap to gently buff the sculpted rubber surface.
Use a soft, dry toothbrush to carefully dislodge dirt from the textured mesh fabric without damaging the fibers.
To ensure your New Balance 9060 trainers stay in peak condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because the upper often features a mix of premium materials, avoid machine washing. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt, and spot-clean stains with a damp cloth and mild, neutral detergent. Check your sizing carefully, as these trainers are designed as unisex; refer to the adult UK sizing chart to match your foot measurement. Ensure the laces are adjusted to provide a secure lockdown across the midfoot to leverage the built-in sway bar technology effectively.
