Do these shoes run true to size?

They are designed to standard UK sizing, but it is recommended to use your standard shoe size.

How do I clean the black exterior?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning and follow up with a dry cloth to prevent water spots.

Can I replace the buckle if it breaks?

The buckle is integrated into the design; contact a professional cobbler for potential repairs.

What kind of socks or hosiery should I wear?

These shoes look best with sheer hosiery or invisible liners that do not show above the shoe line.

Adjust the metal buckle to a looser hole setting to relieve pressure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Dune London Believable pumps remain in top condition, follow these care guidelines:

Breaking In: Wear them for short intervals indoors initially to allow the material and strap to soften.
Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For specific stains, use a leather-appropriate cleaner depending on the material finish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using shoe trees can help maintain the almond toe shape.
Protection: Apply a protective spray compatible with your specific shoe material to guard against water and dirt.
