These mules are designed to be worn without socks for a classic slip-on look. If socks are preferred, opt for very thin, no-show socks to maintain the aesthetic.

It is not recommended to wear suede shoes in wet weather. Suede can be easily damaged by water and stains. Using a protective spray can offer some resistance, but avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

The heel height is approximately 40 mm (4 cm).

For deep or stubborn stains, it is best to consult a professional shoe repair service specializing in leather and suede, or use a reputable suede cleaning kit following its specific instructions carefully.

The mule design generally offers a moderate fit. Due to the nature of suede, they may offer some flexibility, but if you have significantly wide feet, they might feel snug. Trying them on is recommended.

A crepe sole is made from natural rubber, known for its shock-absorbing qualities, flexibility, and distinctive textured appearance. It provides good grip and a comfortable feel underfoot.

Use a suede brush to gently brush the surface in one direction to lift the nap and restore its appearance. For tougher marks, use a specialized suede cleaner following product instructions.

Wipe the sole with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a clean damp cloth. Ensure the sole is dry before wearing.

Suede will stretch slightly with wear. Wear them around the house for short periods to allow them to mold to your feet. Avoid wearing them in wet conditions during the initial break-in period.

Carefully inspect the buckle attachment. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, contact customer support. Minor rattling might be normal due to the decorative nature.
