Setup
Getting started with your Crocs Classic Lined Clogs is straightforward:
- Unpack: Remove the clogs from their packaging.
- Inspect: Check for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- Try On: Have your child try them on. Ensure there's a comfortable amount of space around the toes and that the heel strap fits securely when pivoted back, or allows for easy slip-on when pivoted forward. The soft liner should feel snug but not restrictive.
Compatibility
- Jibbitz™ Charms: These clogs are fully compatible with all genuine Crocs Jibbitz™ charms. Simply push the charm's peg through one of the ventilation holes on the clog's upper until it snaps into place. To remove, push from the inside of the clog.
Care
Proper care will maintain the comfort and longevity of your Crocs Classic Lined Clogs:
- General Cleaning: For the Croslite™ foam exterior, wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Liner Cleaning: The 100% Polyester fuzzy liner can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and cold water. Alternatively, some users report success with a delicate machine wash cycle (cold water, gentle detergent, in a mesh laundry bag) followed by air drying. Do not machine dry, as high heat can damage both the Croslite™ material and the liner. Allow to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Stain Removal: For stubborn stains on the liner, a soft brush and a small amount of stain remover (patch test first) can be used. Rinse thoroughly.
- Odor Control: Ensure clogs are thoroughly dry after wear. If odors persist, sprinkle baking soda inside, let it sit overnight, then shake out.
- Avoid Extreme Heat: Do not leave your clogs in direct sunlight or in a hot car for extended periods, as the Croslite™ material can shrink or warp.
