FAQs
Are these shoes true to size?
The R71 fits standard, but if you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for optimal comfort.
Are these suitable for running?
The R71 is designed primarily as a lifestyle and casual trainer, not for high-intensity athletic running.
How do I clean the Collegiate Green material?
Gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as these can damage the upper materials.
Are these unisex?
Yes, the R71 series is designed as a unisex model suitable for adult men and women.
What is the best way to measure my foot?
Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe while standing on a flat surface.
Troubleshooting
The fit feels slightly tight on the toes
Ensure you are wearing the correct sock thickness and re-lace the trainers to allow for more volume in the toe box.
Material shows scuff marks
Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to gently buff the affected area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your R71 Trainers last as long as possible, follow these basic care guidelines:
- Sizing: Always measure your foot from heel to toe before ordering. If your measurement falls between two sizes, select the larger size to prevent discomfort.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the synthetic or leather surfaces with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the trainers at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, as these can warp the materials.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading of the Collegiate Green finish.
