Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This watch comes with a battery installed and the crown pulled out to conserve power. To start the watch, simply push the crown back in towards the case. The strap is designed to be a slip-thru style, allowing for easy removal and reattachment.
Compatibility: The watch itself is a self-contained timekeeping device and does not have electronic compatibility requirements. The nylon strap is universally compatible with the Weekender watch case.
Care:
- Strap Cleaning: The nylon strap can be removed and hand-washed with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
- Case Cleaning: Wipe the watch case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: While the Weekender line typically offers some water resistance, it is not designed for submersion. Avoid prolonged contact with water, such as swimming or showering.
- Battery Replacement: When the watch stops running, the battery will need to be replaced by a qualified watch technician.
