Troubleshooting
Vacuum loses suction power.
Check if the dustbin is full and empty it. Clean or replace the filters as they may be clogged. Ensure there are no blockages in the tube or nozzle.
Battery not charging.
Ensure the battery is properly seated in the charger. Check if the charger is plugged into a working power outlet. Try using the second battery to rule out a faulty unit.
Brush roll is not spinning.
Verify that the vacuum is powered on and the brush roll is engaged for the current floor type. Check for any tangled debris or obstructions around the brush roll that might be preventing it from turning.
Vacuum stops working unexpectedly.
Check if the battery is depleted and needs recharging. Ensure the dustbin is not overfilled, as this can trigger an overload protection. Allow the unit to cool down if it has been used continuously for an extended period.
