Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, replace your trainers every 300-500 miles, as the cushioning properties will naturally degrade over time. For the best fit, try the shoes on with the specific running socks you plan to use. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and wipe the surface with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the foam and adhesive materials. If the shoes become wet, air dry them naturally at room temperature with the insoles removed to ensure complete moisture evaporation.
