Yes, they generally fit true to standard UK sizing for adults.
It is not recommended, as heat and agitation can weaken the glue and warp the material.
The OrthoLite insole is typically designed to be removable, allowing for cleaning or replacement.
They are ideal for weightlifting due to their flat, stable sole, but lack the cushioning needed for high-impact running.
This specific variant features a durable upper, often made of classic canvas or suede depending on the specific model.
Wear them for short intervals to allow the canvas to soften and mold to your foot shape.
Use a specialized rubber cleaner or a mild soap solution with a soft cloth to restore the original white finish.
Consider replacing the removable OrthoLite insole with an aftermarket insert if you require specific arch support.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, it is recommended to keep them clean by wiping the rubber outsole with a damp cloth. For the canvas or suede upper, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and dirt. Avoid machine washing to prevent structural damage to the adhesives. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the materials from stiffening. Ensure you match your UK adult size 5.5 accurately to achieve the intended fit, as these shoes are designed for a standard, true-to-size experience.
