Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting Started
Setting up your Gazelle Indoor Trainers is as simple as lacing them up and stepping out. There's no complex installation required.
- Unboxing: Remove the trainers from their packaging.
- Lacing: Adjust the laces to achieve a snug yet comfortable fit. Ensure they are not too tight, which can restrict circulation, nor too loose, which can lead to discomfort or tripping.
Compatibility
These trainers are designed for adults and are suitable for female wearers. They are highly compatible with a wide range of casual and semi-casual apparel. The 'Brown' colour family makes them easy to match with earthy tones, denim, and even brighter accents.
Product Care & Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and maintain the appearance of your Gazelle Indoor Trainers.
- Cleaning the Upper (Textile/Canvas):
- Gently brush off any loose dirt with a soft brush.
- Use a mild soap solution (like diluted laundry detergent) and a damp cloth to clean the textile upper. Avoid harsh scrubbing.
- Wipe clean with a separate damp cloth and air dry away from direct heat.
- Cleaning the Suede Toe Cap and Leather Overlays:
- Use a specialized suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap.
- For stains, use a suede cleaner or a white vinegar solution very sparingly, dabbing gently with a clean cloth.
- *Avoid excessive moisture* on suede.
- Cleaning the Gum Rubber Outsole:
- Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and grime.
- For stubborn marks, a magic eraser can be effective.
- General Tips:
- Always air dry your trainers completely before wearing them again.
- Stuff the trainers with paper towels or shoe trees to help them retain their shape while drying.
- Consider applying a water and stain repellent spray specifically designed for mixed materials (suede, textile) to offer an extra layer of protection.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
