Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these maintenance practices:
- Break-in Period: Wear them for a few shorter runs to allow the foam to adapt to your foot strike.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the outsoles with a damp cloth after muddy runs. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Air Drying: Always let your trainers air dry at room temperature. Never place them in a clothes dryer, as extreme heat can degrade the cushioning foam and adhesive components.
- Rotation: Rotate these with another pair of running shoes to allow the midsole foam time to recover its shape between workouts.
