Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Timberland trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Breaking In: Wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow the leather to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather surface with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated leather cleaner.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner periodically to prevent the material from drying out or cracking.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the leather finish.
- Moisture Control: If the trainers become soaked, allow them to air dry naturally away from artificial heat sources like radiators, which can warp or crack the leather.
