Troubleshooting
Zipper is difficult to close/open
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Gently work the zipper back and forth. If fabric is caught, carefully pull it away from the zipper teeth.
Cover does not fit inner pad well
Verify the size of the cushion inner pad matches the cushion cover dimensions. An inner pad that is too large or too small will affect the fit.
Velvet texture appears matted or flattened
This can sometimes happen during shipping or storage. Gently brush the velvet with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile to restore its texture. Ensure it is dry cleaned as per instructions.
