Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the water-repellent performance of your jacket, adhere to these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wash in a machine on a gentle cycle using a technical detergent designed for softshell garments. Avoid heavy fabric softeners, as these can clog the pores and reduce breathability.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can degrade the synthetic fibers.
- Re-proofing: Over time, if water stops beading on the surface, consider using a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray to restore the water-shedding properties.
- Storage: Hang in a cool, dry place to maintain the shape and integrity of the technical fabric.
