The Trespass Brookes Fleece Jacket is an essential mid-layer for adult men who enjoy hiking, camping, and walking in the great outdoors. No, the Brookes Fleece is made of polyester and is intended to provide warmth. It is not waterproof, so you should pair it with a waterproof jacket in wet conditions.
It serves as an excellent mid-layer, but for extreme cold, you should combine it with a thermal base layer and a windproof or insulated outer jacket.
The jacket features three zippered pockets in total, providing secure storage for your small outdoor essentials.
No, this model features a standard collar with a chin guard for a low-profile fit under other gear.
Machine wash on a cool setting, ideally inside out. Do not tumble dry on high heat, as this can damage the synthetic fibers.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the internal storm flap and wipe the zipper teeth with a clean cloth to remove debris.
Turn the garment inside out before washing and use a gentle cycle to reduce friction on the surface fibers.
This garment does not require special setup; simply ensure the size allows for enough room to wear a base layer underneath. To maintain the integrity of the polyester fabric and elasticated components, always follow the care label instructions: wash at a low temperature, avoid bleach, and hang dry whenever possible to prevent shrinkage. When pairing with other outdoor gear, wear it over a moisture-wicking base layer and under a waterproof shell for the best results in varying weather conditions.
