FAQs

How do I assemble the flower box?

The boxes arrive flat-packed. Unfold the main body and crease the folds along the pre-marked lines. Secure the base by folding and tucking the tabs. The lid usually slides on top or has a simple closing mechanism.

What are the exact dimensions of the box?

The assembled box has a height of approximately 24.5cm and a base of 18cm x 18cm.

Can I get these boxes in custom colors or sizes?

Availability of colors and pack sizes can vary. Please check the available options for specific selections. Customization is not typically offered through standard product listings.

Are these boxes waterproof?

The boxes have a glossy finish which offers some resistance to light moisture, but they are not waterproof. They are designed for presentation and should be kept away from excessive water.

What is the 'ugly brown' cardboard mentioned?

This refers to the standard, often unappealing, brown color of plain cardboard. The LARRYROO LR-BB boxes feature a white inner layer to prevent this basic cardboard from being visible when the box is opened or used.

How are the boxes shipped?

The boxes are shipped flat-packed to save space and reduce shipping costs. They are designed to be easily assembled upon arrival.

Troubleshooting

Box won't hold its shape

Ensure all folds are creased firmly and the tabs are properly secured within their slots during assembly.

Lid is difficult to close

Check that the contents inside are not obstructing the lid's path. Ensure the box is assembled correctly and evenly.

Glossy finish appears smudged

Gently wipe the surface with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid touching the surface with bare hands after cleaning.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The LARRYROO LR-BB boxes arrive flat-packed. To assemble, simply unfold the box and follow the pre-scored lines to fold it into its final shape. The lid typically slides on or secures easily, depending on the specific design variant. No tools are required.

Compatibility: These boxes are primarily designed for presenting flowers, sweets, and other similarly sized gifts. They are not intended for heavy or sharp objects. Ensure your contents fit within the dimensions of 24.5cm (height) x 18cm x 18cm (base).

Care: To maintain the glossy finish, handle the boxes with clean hands to avoid smudges. Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth if dust accumulates. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as this may damage the finish.
