Troubleshooting

Assembly difficulty or missing parts

Contact customer support within 24 hours. They will provide solutions and replacement parts if necessary.

Fire pit not igniting

Ensure the gas bottle is correctly connected and has sufficient gas. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks. Verify there are no gas leaks.

Rattan appears dirty

Wipe down with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a rinse and air dry.

Cushions becoming damp

Ensure cushions are dried thoroughly. Store them indoors or use a rain cover when not in use to prevent moisture absorption.

Gas leakage detected

Immediately turn off the gas supply. Do not use the fire pit. Check all connections and the hose for damage or improper fitting. Contact a qualified professional if unsure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Items come flat-packed and require assembly. Ensure all parts are present before starting. Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully. The frame is constructed from galvanized steel tubes with powder coating, and the rattan is hand-woven PE. The tempered glass tabletop has suckers to prevent sliding.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use. For the fire pit, it is strongly recommended to use a 5kg gas tank. Ensure the gas bottle is fixed correctly and the hose is not leaking before use. Always place the gas bottle *on* the glass top, not under it. Do not cover the igniter with lava rocks.

Care: The rattan is low maintenance. For cleaning, use a damp cloth. Cushion covers are removable and washable. It is advised to keep the cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use to prolong their life. If not using the furniture for an extended period, cover the entire set with a rain cover to protect it from the elements.
