Is assembly difficult?

Assembly is required and described as straightforward, though it is recommended to have two people to assist, especially with the larger components.

Troubleshooting

Rattan appears dirty or faded

Clean the rattan with a soft brush and a mild soap and water solution. For faded areas, consider using a rattan protector spray after cleaning. Ensure cushion covers are clean and dry.

Cushions are stained

Remove the cushion covers and wash them according to the care instructions (usually machine washable on a gentle cycle). Allow to air dry completely.

Fire pit not igniting or maintaining flame

Check the fuel source (e.g., propane tank level, wood logs) and ensure it is correctly connected and functioning. Consult the specific fire pit instructions for troubleshooting ignition issues.

Table wobbles or feels unstable

Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check that the set is placed on a completely flat and level surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
