Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your shoes, ensure the zip is fully open before sliding your foot in; this helps preserve the structure of the heel counter. If you use custom orthotics, simply pull out the pre-installed memory foam insole and replace it with your own.
To maintain the leather upper, keep them away from excessive heat sources like radiators. Clean the leather regularly with a soft, damp cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner or cream every few months to prevent cracking. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably using shoe trees to maintain their shape.
