Troubleshooting

Missing or damaged parts during assembly

Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with a list of missing/damaged parts, referencing the assembly manual. Do not attempt to force parts together.

Wobbly structure after assembly

Double-check that all screws and connectors are fully tightened according to the assembly instructions. Ensure the unit is on a level surface.

Desk surface is unstable

Verify that the desk attachment points are secured correctly and that no support brackets are omitted or loose.

Wardrobe door not closing properly

Check hinge alignment and ensure no obstructions are preventing the door from closing. Adjust hinges if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly is required and typically involves following a detailed instruction manual. It is recommended to have two people for assembly due to the size and weight of the components. Ensure all parts are accounted for before starting.

Compatibility: This high sleeper is designed as a standalone unit. Ensure your room has sufficient ceiling height to accommodate the bed safely. The mattress size required is standard for a single bed (check product specifications for exact dimensions). Ensure the floor is level for stability.
