The Dyzi 8 in 1 Bamboo Chopping Board Set is an ideal kitchen companion for home cooks who prioritize organization and hygiene. By combining a durable bamboo base with seven flexible, color-coded preparation mats, it effectively prevents cross-contamination between raw meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. While the system is highly efficient, users should note that the bamboo board itself requires careful hand washing and regular oiling to maintain its longevity.

No, the bamboo board must be hand-washed only to prevent cracking, splitting, or warping.
The PP preparation mats are generally easy to clean, but we recommend hand-washing them in warm, soapy water to keep them in the best condition.
Color-coding helps you assign specific mats to specific food groups, which significantly reduces the risk of cross-contamination.
Yes, the board features a double-sided design, allowing you to use both sides for food preparation.
The mats are designed to slide directly into the storage slots located underneath the main bamboo chopping board.
Apply a food-safe mineral oil to the bamboo surface and allow it to soak in overnight.
Wipe the rubber feet and the countertop surface with a damp cloth to remove any grease, then dry thoroughly.
To set up your board, ensure it is placed on a flat, dry countertop surface to allow the rubber feet to grip effectively. Before the first use, it is recommended to lightly wipe the bamboo board with a food-grade mineral oil. To care for your board: always hand wash the bamboo base with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately to prevent warping. Do not soak the bamboo in water or place it in the dishwasher. The PP preparation mats are designed for quick cleaning and can be sanitized between uses. For the best longevity, re-apply food-grade oil to the bamboo surface whenever it begins to look dull or feels dry.
