The Nike ZoomX VaporFly Next% 3 is designed for competitive runners seeking maximum energy return and lightweight performance during long-distance efforts. These trainers are ideal for marathon runners and speed enthusiasts looking to shave time off their personal bests, though the specialized racing geometry may feel less stable for casual, everyday walking compared to traditional trainers.

While wearable, these are purpose-built racing shoes. You may find them less stable and comfortable for casual, all-day walking compared to dedicated lifestyle trainers.
The VaporFly Next% 3 generally fits true to size, but we recommend measuring your feet while wearing your preferred running socks to ensure adequate room in the round toe box.
Yes, they are machine washable, but keep the cycle gentle and cold. Always air-dry the shoes; do not tumble dry.
These trainers are best suited for roads, tracks, and hard-surfaced running paths.
The shoe utilizes high-quality, performance-grade materials designed for speed; however, longevity is generally lower than standard gym trainers due to the lightweight, racing-focused nature of the components.
Ensure you are using the shoes primarily on flat, paved surfaces rather than loose gravel or trails.
Use a double-knot or tuck the ends of the laces into the sides to ensure the secure closure remains intact.
Use a soft brush and mild soap with lukewarm water to gently scrub the midsole, then air dry thoroughly.
To ensure the best performance from your trainers, begin by adjusting the lacing to match your preferred level of tension, ensuring the tongue is centered to prevent friction. These trainers are compatible with standard running socks; avoid overly thick socks to prevent an overly tight fit. For care, wipe the outsole regularly to remove debris that could affect traction. While the trainers are machine washable, it is recommended to air-dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the foam's integrity and shape.
