How do I maintain the white color?
Wipe the exterior after every use with a damp cloth and treat with specialized sneaker cleaning solutions if stains persist.
Do these trainers run true to size?
Yes, they generally follow standard adidas sizing for adult male footwear.
Can I use these for running?
While they are comfortable, they are designed for agility and court sport, not for distance running; use them for their intended court-based activities for best results.
Is the material waterproof?
The materials are not waterproof; they are breathable to keep your feet cool during high-intensity play.
Troubleshooting
Grip feels slippery on court
Wipe the outsole with a slightly damp cloth to remove accumulated dust or debris that can block the tread pattern.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your adidas Predator Freestyle Trainers maintain their performance:
- Sizing: These shoes are sized for adult male fit. Ensure you check your specific UK size, as performance trainers often benefit from a snug, locked-in fit.
- Break-in Period: Wear the trainers for light activity before using them in competitive matches to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush and mild soapy water to remove court debris from the white upper. Avoid submerging the shoes or using harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. Air them out after each use to maintain hygiene.
