The Karen Millen Tailored Flared Skirt Midi Coat is a sophisticated outerwear choice for adult women seeking a blend of structural refinement and feminine flair. Crafted from high-quality wool, this coat provides essential warmth while maintaining a polished silhouette through its distinctive flared skirt panel and oversized notch lapel. While it offers a versatile look suitable for both professional and social settings, its midi length and tailored structure require careful storage to maintain the integrity of the flared hem and lining.

The coat features a regular fit designed to be true to standard sizing; however, if you plan on wearing thick winter layers underneath, some customers prefer to size up.
No, because this is made of wool, it must be professionally dry cleaned to avoid shrinkage and damage to the tailoring.
The design prioritizes the tailored silhouette, maintaining a clean look throughout the front and skirt panels.
The coat is crafted from high-quality wool, selected for its thermal properties and ability to hold a structured shape.
It provides excellent warmth for standard autumn and winter conditions, though it should be layered over sweaters for freezing temperatures.
The garment is constructed to maintain its flare, but proper hanging is essential to keep the shape consistent over time.
Steam the garment lightly from a distance or hang it in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes to allow the fibers to relax.
Gently use a high-quality fabric brush or a lint roller designed for wool to safely remove debris.
To ensure your Karen Millen coat remains in peak condition, always use a sturdy, wide-shouldered hanger to support the coat's internal structure and shoulder padding. When not in use, avoid folding the garment; hanging it upright prevents creases in the flared skirt panel.
For care, professional dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the integrity of the wool fabric and the internal lining. If minor debris or dust accumulates, use a garment brush to gently remove surface particles in the direction of the fabric grain. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or damp environments, as these can affect the colour and structural fibers of the wool over time.
