- Position: Select your desired location, ensuring the ground is suitable for pole insertion.
- Assemble Poles: Insert the four steel poles into the reinforced pockets or loops along the fabric.
- Erect: Drive the pointed ends of the steel poles firmly into the ground, ensuring they are upright and the fabric is taut.
- Secure (Optional): For added stability in very windy conditions, consider using additional guy ropes and pegs (not included) if the design permits.
Compatibility
The Regatta Wind Break is designed for general outdoor use. It is highly compatible with environments requiring temporary wind or privacy barriers, such as:
- Beaches: Ideal for sunbathing and picnic areas.
- Campsites: Excellent for creating sheltered cooking zones or private spaces.
- Gardens/Patios: Can provide temporary wind protection for outdoor seating.
- Outdoor Events: Useful for defining small areas or creating a barrier.
Care & Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your wind break:
- Cleaning: Wipe the 100% Polyester fabric clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Always ensure the wind break is completely dry before packing it away to prevent mildew and odors.
- Storage: Store in its included bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Pole Inspection: Periodically check the steel poles for any signs of rust or damage and clean as needed.
