Troubleshooting

Cushion cover does not fit the pad.

Ensure you are using a cushion pad of the correct size (60cm x 60cm). Slightly different sized inserts may require gentle adjustment.

Color fading after washing.

Wash inside out in cold water and use a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents or excessive scrubbing. Ensure you are following the machine wash instructions (max 40°C).

Persistent wrinkles after washing.

Try ironing the cover while it is still slightly damp. Alternatively, use a higher heat setting on your iron, ensuring it is safe for 100% cotton.

Zipper is stuck.

Gently try to free the zipper by moving it back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the slider. Lubricating the zipper teeth with a pencil lead or bar soap can sometimes help.
