Check if the AI Light Sensor is enabled and adjust the 'Energy Saving' or 'Picture Mode' settings to 'Standard' or 'Vivid' to test if the brightness returns to expected levels.
The VIDAA platform has a specific app store. If the app is not present, ensure your software is updated to the latest version, as new apps are added via system firmware updates.
To begin, mount or place the TV on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation on all sides. During initial setup, the VIDAA interface will prompt you to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and sign into your streaming accounts. Ensure all HDMI cables used are rated for 4K/HDR performance to maximize the TV's capabilities. For cleaning, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen; avoid using household cleaners, alcohol, or ammonia-based products, as these can strip the anti-reflective coating from the display surface.
