The Tempur Pro Plus SmartCool Medium Firm Mattress is designed for sleepers who prioritize pressure relief and motion isolation, particularly those who shift positions throughout the night. By utilizing advanced TEMPUR material and integrated cooling technology, this 25cm mattress offers a balance of comfort and support; however, its specialized material may require a brief adjustment period for those accustomed to traditional spring mattresses.

Yes, the medium firm feel is designed to support back, side, and stomach sleepers by distributing weight evenly.
No, the Pro Plus SmartCool is a one-sided mattress featuring specific comfort and support layers that should remain on top.
You can wash the cover as needed, though a frequency of every 2-3 months is generally sufficient for hygiene.
The cooling properties are integrated into the cover fabric. Following washing instructions at 40C will help preserve its effectiveness.
Yes, the flexible nature of the TEMPUR material makes this mattress highly compatible with most modern adjustable bed frames.
TEMPUR material is heat-sensitive and will soften as it adapts to your body temperature; allow several nights for the material to break in.
Ensure the zipper is fully cleared of any fabric obstructions; unzip slowly around the perimeter of the mattress to avoid catching the material.
Upon delivery, ensure the mattress is placed on a flat, solid, or slatted base to provide optimal support. The mattress arrives compressed; allow it to reach its full form in a well-ventilated room. For care, the SmartCool cover should be removed by unzipping it from the mattress and machine-washed at 40C. Avoid bleaching or tumble drying the cover to maintain the cooling properties. It is recommended to rotate the mattress every few months to ensure even wear, although the non-flipper design means you should never turn it over.
