Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using the tumbler for the first time, it is recommended to wash the body, lid, and silicone straw with warm, soapy water. While the unit is dishwasher-safe, placing the lid in the top rack of your dishwasher helps preserve the integrity of the seals. Ensure the lid is screwed on tightly before travel to take full advantage of the spill-resistant design. When cleaning the silicone straw, use a straw cleaning brush to ensure no residue remains inside, especially if you have used the mug for dairy-based beverages or smoothies.
