The Columbia Helvetia™ II Cropped Sherpa Half Snap is an ideal choice for adults looking to balance urban style with outdoor functionality. Featuring a cozy, cropped fit and a high-neck design, this fleece provides excellent warmth for casual hikes or city commuting. A key benefit is its eco-conscious construction using a PFAS-free DWR finish, though users should note that its cropped silhouette offers less torso coverage than traditional full-length fleeces.

No, the Columbia Helvetia™ II is designed without PFAS, often referred to as 'forever chemicals'.
Yes, this model is designed for a unisex fit, though we recommend checking the size guide to ensure the specific cut meets your preference.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, as these can damage the DWR finish.
Yes, the PFAS-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish helps the fabric shed light moisture.
The fit is standard, but keep in mind it is a cropped style. If you prefer a looser or more layered look, consider sizing up.
Check for lint or fabric obstruction inside the snap mechanism. Gently clean the area with a soft brush.
After washing and drying, gently brush the Sherpa fabric with a soft-bristled garment brush to restore the loft.
Because this garment uses a specialized DWR finish, proper care is essential to maintain its water-repellent properties. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and diminish the fleece's breathability and moisture-wicking capabilities. For drying, air-drying is best, though you may tumble dry on the lowest heat setting briefly to fluff up the Sherpa pile. Ensure the snaps are fully closed before washing to prevent damage to the press-studs.
