The adidas Predator Elite Fold Over Tongue Football Boots are designed for adult male players seeking enhanced control and a clean striking surface on artificial turf. Their key benefit is the iconic fold-over tongue, which creates a larger, more uniform area for ball contact, improving accuracy and power. A potential caveat is that the fold-over tongue design may require a brief adjustment period for some players to find their preferred fit and feel. These boots blend heritage design with modern performance features for the discerning footballer.

These boots are specifically engineered for artificial turf. While they may offer some grip on dry, short-bladed natural grass, their performance and durability are optimized for artificial surfaces. They are not recommended for wet or muddy natural grass pitches.
The fold-over tongue can be cleaned using the same method as the rest of the boot: a damp cloth with mild soap. Ensure it is thoroughly dried before storing.
The fold-over tongue creates a cleaner, larger, and more uniform surface area for striking the ball. This is designed to improve accuracy, power, and consistency when passing or shooting.
The HybridTouch upper is designed to wrap the foot securely and adapt to its shape, providing a comfortable, responsive feel and contributing to better ball control.
The outsole is precision-engineered for artificial turf, offering targeted grip and stability. This allows for quick movements, agility, and secure footing on synthetic surfaces.
Based on the product information, these boots are designed for adult players.
This specific model is primarily Black with Red accents.
Loosen the laces and adjust the fit. If discomfort persists after a few wears, consider if the size is appropriate. The HybridTouch upper will adapt slightly over time.
Ensure the Astro Turf outsole studs are clean and free from debris. Inspect for excessive wear. If the pitch surface is unusually slick, caution may be needed.
Experiment with different lacing techniques to better secure the tongue. Ensure it is folded neatly before lacing. Some players may prefer to wear them without folding the tongue over.
New football boots often require a 'break-in' period. Wear them for short durations during light training sessions to allow the HybridTouch upper to mold to your foot.
