While it might be possible in some limited applications, the synthetic Shard Filaments are optimized for water-based paints. For best results and longevity, it is recommended to use this brush primarily with water-based formulations.

Clean immediately after use with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly until all paint residue is gone. For tougher residues, a dedicated water-based paint brush cleaner can be used.

The Form Recovery Technology is designed to help the bristles maintain their shape after washing and during storage. Proper cleaning and drying techniques will further extend the brush's lifespan and shape retention.
