The Shires Highlander Plus 50g Combo Turnout Rug offers enhanced protection and optimum comfort for horses. It features a 1200 denier ripstop outer, which is waterproof to 3000mm and breathable to 3000g/m2, with taped seams and a PFC-free finish. The 50g poly fill provides light insulation, ideal for milder, rainy days and helps control moisture build-up. The rug has a combo neck with touch-close straps, a fully nylon lining, and deep shoulder gussets for freedom of movement. It also includes reflective details and is WarmaRug compatible, allowing for warmth upgrades with separate liners. The rug is machine washable. Key features include adjustable clip chest straps, adjustable cross surcingles, a removable fillet strap, integrated leg strap loops, and a large pleated tail flap. The Durable Waterproof Repellent (DWR) finish ensures water beads and runs off the fabric.
