This 2-pack of YouGarden Papilio Terracotta Planters is designed for gardeners seeking the classic aesthetic of terracotta without the associated weight and maintenance. Ideal for patios, balconies, and small spaces, these planters offer a stylish way to display seasonal bedding, compact shrubs, or herbs. While they provide excellent drainage and durability, their plastic construction may not appeal to those seeking purely natural materials.

Each YouGarden Papilio Terracotta Planter has a capacity of 21 liters.
Yes, the durable plastic construction makes them weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use in various conditions, including frost.
A simple wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soapy water is sufficient for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.
While designed for outdoor use, they can be used indoors if placed on a suitable tray to catch any potential water overflow and to protect surfaces.
The dimensions are Height 30.5cm x Diameter 38cm.
No, saucers are not included with the planters. They are sold as a pair with integrated drainage holes.
The rounded profile means they are not designed for nesting or stacking directly on top of each other without risk of damage.
Ensure the drainage holes are not blocked by compost or debris. Gently clear them with a stick or probe if necessary.
While designed to be weather-resistant, excessive UV exposure can cause some fading over time. Clean with mild soap and water. Consider rotating plant positions if fading is uneven.
The plastic is durable for longevity. If it feels too rigid, ensure you are not forcing planting materials. Use appropriate tools for planting.
Setup: These planters are ready for immediate use. Simply fill them with your preferred quality compost, plant your chosen flora, and water as needed. The built-in drainage holes require no additional preparation.
Compatibility: Compatible with all standard potting composts and suitable for a wide range of plants including annual bedding, perennial herbs, small shrubs, and decorative grasses. They are designed for outdoor use on patios, balconies, decking, and steps.
Care: The YouGarden Papilio Terracotta Planters are low-maintenance. Clean them periodically with a damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface. Due to their plastic construction, they are frost-resistant but extreme temperature fluctuations should be monitored.
