Yes, we recommend ordering your usual UK size for the best fit.
No, machine washing can damage the suede material and the structure of the trainers.
Apply a high-quality water and stain repellent spray specifically formulated for suede before your first use.
While the 3 cm platform adds slight weight compared to minimal flat shoes, it is designed to be comfortable for regular walking.
These trainers are designed for casual, everyday fashion wear rather than intensive athletic performance or running.
Allow the mud to dry completely, then use a dry brush to gently whisk the dried mud away.
Use a double-knot or consider replacing them with high-friction cotton laces if the factory laces feel too slick.
Use a specialized suede eraser or a soft, dry brush to gently lift the stain. Do not use water or liquid soap directly.
Wear them indoors with thicker socks for short periods to gradually break in the suede upper.
To ensure the best experience, order your usual UK size, as these trainers are designed to follow standard sizing conventions. Regarding care, because the upper is made of suede, it is highly recommended to apply a suede-specific protective spray before the first wear to repel dirt and moisture. Avoid machine washing the shoes; instead, use a soft suede brush to gently remove surface debris. If the trainers get wet, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp or stiffen the material.
