Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the light switch is on, the bulb is correctly seated, and the power supply is active. Check that the bulb is not burnt out and, if using a dimmer, ensure it is compatible.

Light flickers

This could indicate an incompatible or failing bulb, or an issue with the dimmer switch. Try replacing the bulb or consult an electrician if the problem persists.

Difficulty adjusting height

Ensure the locking mechanism for the cable is fully disengaged before attempting to adjust. If the cable is stiff, gently work it back and forth. Consult the installation manual for specific adjustment steps.

Shade appears dusty or smudged

Gently wipe the fine bone china shade with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry with a separate soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents.
