Product Information

Full details

The Moroccanoil Hair & Body Fragrance Mist in Dahlia Rouge is an ideal choice for adults looking to refresh their appearance on the go with a single, multi-purpose product. It offers the key benefit of providing a sophisticated floral scent while simultaneously hydrating hair and skin and offering UV protection. One caveat for potential users is the 30ml size, which is designed primarily for portability and light, frequent refreshing rather than heavy-duty, long-wear perfume applications.

FAQs

Can I use this on color-treated hair?

Yes, the formula is gentle and safe for use on all hair types, including color-treated hair.

Is this a substitute for sunscreen?

No, while the mist contains a UV absorber, it is not a replacement for broad-spectrum sunscreen.

How long does the scent typically last?

As a fragrance mist, it is designed for a lighter, refreshing experience and typically lasts for several hours depending on individual skin chemistry.

Can it be used on clothing?

It is formulated specifically for hair and skin; avoid spraying directly on delicate fabrics to prevent potential staining from the oils.

Does it leave a sticky residue?

No, the lightweight, refined formula is designed to absorb quickly without leaving a sticky or greasy film.

Troubleshooting

Mist spray pattern is uneven

Wipe the nozzle with a damp cloth to remove any dried product residue that may be obstructing the spray mechanism.

Fragrance fades too quickly

Apply the mist to pulse points on the skin and lightly mist hair while it is slightly damp to help lock in the scent.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To use, hold the bottle approximately 8-10 inches away from your hair or skin and mist as desired. It is compatible with all hair types, including color-treated hair, and is suitable for all skin types due to its gentle, hydrating ingredients. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the essential oils and the effectiveness of the UV absorber. Ensure the cap is snapped firmly into place after each use to prevent evaporation.
