Troubleshooting

Pillow loses shape or firmness.

Gently pat and fluff the pillow to redistribute the filling. Ensure it is not being subjected to excessive or prolonged pressure beyond its intended use. For minor compression, air drying can sometimes help restore loft.

Fabric shows minor stains.

Wipe the affected area immediately with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and blot gently. Always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first. Allow to air dry completely.

Pillow feels damp after outdoor use.

Bring the pillow indoors and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Avoid leaving it exposed to prolonged rain or moisture to prevent mildew.
